Offices for ESNAD Company

Scope: Design and built 5 apartment with total built up area (560m²).
Client: Esnad for Real-estate investments.
Location: Baghdad.
New Path was entrusted with the interior architectural design and complete execution of five administrative office units for ESNAD Company, located on a single floor within a commercial building in the Al-Mansour district of Baghdad.
The project involved transforming residential-style apartments into fully functional, professional office environments tailored to the client’s administrative requirements. The scope encompassed customized architectural layouts, electrical and lighting system installations, false ceiling works, and the integration of decorative wooden partitions. Every element was thoughtfully designed and meticulously executed to align with ESNAD’s corporate identity and operational objectives.
