Scope: Design and built 3 multi stories offices building with total built up area (710m²).
Client: EAMMAR for Real-estate investments.
Location: Southern Entrance of Baghdad.
EAMMAR Office Building functions as the central administrative hub within the EAMMAR Logistics Park. Entirely designed and executed by New Path, the building reflects a commitment to architectural quality, operational efficiency, and modern workplace standards.
The structure comprises a ground floor and two upper levels, each housing two fully furnished, high-specification office units. These state-of-the-art spaces are thoughtfully designed to support a range of administrative and managerial functions, providing tenants with a professional and comfortable working environment.
