Scope: Civil Finishes, Flooring, Ceramic Work ,Surfacing Works, External Facades,Skylight.

Area: 1,528 square meters per floor total built up area (7320m²).
Number of floors: 4.
All civil finishing works were executed with exceptional precision, yielding outstanding results, particularly on the facades and the glass roof. The MEP systems were carried out independently by the project owner.
The Hematology Hospital is a multi-story medical facility encompassing a total area of 1,528 square meters. Modern Path Company was responsible for the comprehensive architectural and structural design of the project, as well as supervising and actively participating in the implementation of the concrete structure in collaboration with Sarh Al Bilad Company.
