Scope of Work : NEWPATH
Engineering (NPE)was the main contractor responsible for a wide range of works in this prominent commercial project.
Client: Mr. Asaad Al-Maliki
Total Built-Up Area: 30,600 m²
Floors: Ground + 6 Floors (Approx. 7 Floors).
Architectural Design:
Full architectural design of both the interior layout and the external facade, ensuring both functionality and visual appeal for a modern shopping center.
Structural Design:
Complete structural engineering solution for the entire project, tailored to suit the specific site condition and load requirements.
Civil Works:
Execution and supervision of all internal civil works, including partitions, flooring bases ceiling, and utility infrastructure, preparation.
Facade Engineering:
Design, fabrication, and installation of the complete external facade, utilizing modern cladding and glass systems to give the mall a contemporary and elegant appearance.
Interior Finishing Supervision:
Oversight and management of finishing works, including gypsum board installation and other architectural elements.
