Scope: (500 H0using unit) for 5 multi stories building , each building are 13 story with 100 housing unit.

Al Salam Residential Complex is a premier turnkey residential development comprising five modern high-rise buildings, each with thirteen floors and eight apartments per floor. The project was expertly managed and executed by New Path, delivering superior quality while adhering to the highest safety standards.
All civil, mechanical, and electrical works—including MEP systems, ceramic and porcelain finishes, plumbing, electrical installations, and HVAC systems—were carried out by our highly skilled in-house teams. Structural construction, façade treatments, and the meticulous finishing of interior common areas were completed with
exceptional attention to detail and precision.
Current Project Status:
One building is already fully operational and occupied by residents, while four additional buildings have been successfully handed over.
