JADAT Baghdad residential project

Scope: 100 houses.
Client: Missan houses.
Location: Baghdad.
Located in Al-Amiriya, Baghdad, this residential development comprises 95 housing units, delivered by our company as part of a comprehensive construction initiative. The project features three distinct architectural layouts, with each unit situated on a 200 m² plot and offering a built-up area ranging from 222 to 290 m². The structural system utilizes load-bearing brick walls integrated with solid slab beams, ensuring durability and efficiency. Our scope of work encompassed the complete execution of civil construction activities, in addition to the installation of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including electrical wiring, sanitary piping, and HVAC infrastructure.
