EAMMAR Logistics Park

Scope: EPC of 220,000 m² industrial city consist of 110 warehouses and facilities building.

Location: Southern Entrance of Baghdad.
EAMMAR Logistics Park is a landmark industrial development strategically located at the southern entrance of Baghdad.
Spanning over 222,000 square meters, the park is purpose-built to accommodate large-scale logistics and supply chain operations. It features 110 modern warehouse units, each with a floor area of 1,000 square meters, designed to meet contemporary
warehousing and distribution needs.
In Phase 1 of the development, New Path successfully delivered 27 high-specification warehouses, a fully equipped administrative building, and complete supporting infrastructure. This phase included the construction of efficiently planned loading and unloading yards, the integration of advanced security systems,
and the installation of essential infrastructure services—ensuring both operational efficiency and the highest standards of safety.
To ensure the highest level of operational reliability, New Path integrated a dedicated electrical substation within EAMMAR Logistics Park, equipped with custom-engineered transformers and switchgear
sourced directly from Siemens (Germany). This primary power infrastructure is reinforced by high-capacity diesel generators imported from the United Kingdom, providing a robust and dependable backup power solution.
Safety is a core component of the project’s design philosophy. Each warehouse is fitted with a comprehensive fire protection system supplied by NAFFCO, meeting stringent international safety standards and ensuring maximum risk mitigation.
In the planning phase, a detailed traffic and circulation analysis was conducted to optimize vehicular movement throughout the park.
This strategic assessment guided the precise design of internal roadways, entry and exit points, and maneuvering areas, effectively streamlining logistics flow and minimizing congestion during peak operational hours.
