Kaso Sales Center (2021)

Scope: Concrete structural work design and execution, total area (1200m²) execution.
Client: Kaso group.
Location: Baghdad.
The sales center comprises a two-story building featuring a waffle slab system with a span of 13 meters. New Path Engineering (NPE) served as the main contractor responsible for all concrete works on this project. Beyond the standard structural elements, the concrete scope also included intricate details such as a water fountain and decorative concrete cantilevers. Slab system used
waffle slab with space over 12.5 m.
